Situations can be good, bad, both, or neither.
Currently(possible to change), there's a 25% chance of a bad event, then, if nothing, 25% chance of a good event, if nothing, 25% chance of an event that's not marked good or bad.
I will almost certainly lower those odds once everything is settled and we get more events.
I put in one sample event just to get the ball rolling. Short and sweet, but shows how it works.
